Sadanam Kumaran College, Mankara is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and student-friendly campus that promotes dignity, mutual respect, and academic excellence. In accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission and the regulations on the prevention of ragging in higher educational institutions, the College has constituted an Anti-Ragging Cell to ensure a ragging-free learning environment.

The Anti-Ragging Cell works proactively to prevent, prohibit, and eliminate all forms of ragging on the campus. The Cell organizes awareness programmes, counselling sessions, orientation activities for freshers, and regular monitoring to foster a culture of respect and harmony among students. It also provides a confidential mechanism for reporting incidents and ensures that every complaint is addressed promptly, fairly, and in accordance with institutional policies and statutory regulations.

The College follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and encourages every student to uphold the values of discipline, empathy, and responsible citizenship.
